Delete account

You can delete your Lisora account and all associated data directly in the app. It takes three steps.

How to delete your account

Open Lisora. If you no longer have the app, download it again and sign in with your existing account.
Open the settings. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
Delete the account. Scroll down, tap “Delete account” and confirm in the dialog.

What gets deleted

your profile and your email address
all chat histories and stored memory content
your credit balance and the purchase history in the app
ratings, push tokens and data stored locally on your device

Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and any remaining credits are forfeited without compensation. Export your data first if you want to keep it (Settings, Data export).

Transaction data subject to statutory retention periods is anonymised and kept for the prescribed period. Purchases already processed through the App Store or Google Play can only be refunded by Apple or Google directly.

Stuck?

If you can no longer sign in or the deletion does not work, write to support@lisora.app and we will delete your account for you.
